Bastian Latt always has his eye on the consumer. He has a passion for analyzing and improving the entire e-commerce value chain from the customer’s point of view, from sourcing and merchandising, to website usability, delivery experience, and customer service. Bastian loves to get to the bottom of things rather than just finding solutions to treat symptoms. Instead, he is constantly on the lookout for solutions that reveal the underlying causes and create a sustainably improved customer experience, along with a more successful business. He is aided by his extensive experience in marketing, strategy consulting, and working with the world’s most customer-friendly online retailer.

Bastian is a Associate Partner and since 2015 with eccelerate.
Prior to eccelerate, Bastian worked for Amazon Germany in Customer Experience Management. In this position he was responsible for empirically comparing the Customer Experience on Amazon along the entire customer journey with that of competitors’, identifying improvement potentials and then helping to realize these.
Before Amazon, he worked in strategy consulting for Accenture and Altman Vilandrie/Solon Management Consulting in Germany and the United States. Prior to his MBA, he held marketing positions at Siemens and AutoScout24.
Bastian holds a degree in business administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
