Lara Lauffer lives the MVP approach, because in times of digitalization and change, speed is more important than the perfect solution. Lara is of the opinion that constant improvement is usually more desirable than delayed perfection. In order not to lose the connection, agile and fast decision cycles are required without losing sight of the big picture. Thanks to her pragmatic way of working, which she has retained from her time as a founding member of an e-commerce start-up, she always keeps a firm eye on the priority list with a clear focus on the overall result.

Lara Lauffer joined eccelerate as a consultant at the beginning of 2020.
After gaining initial experience in a corporate environment during her studies, Lara began to get more and more excited about the fast-moving and mostly digital-driven start-up scene. So it was that she finally took the plunge herself and became a co-founder of a fashion e-commerce start-up in Hong Kong. As a founding member, she learned what it means to build an online business from the ground up and knows the business challenges along the entire value chain in e-commerce.
Lara is a business economist and holds a master’s degree in “Market-Oriented Management”, which she completed along with her bachelor’s degree at the WFI Ingolstadt School of Management.
On weekends, Lara regularly leaves Munich for the south, where she spends her free time hiking or skiing in the beloved mountains.
