Processing of personal data during informational use of our website

If you access our website without registering or otherwise providing us with information (“Informational Use”), we only collect the personal data that your web browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data. We need to do this for technical reasons relating to your ability to view our website and to ensure stability and security:

The aforementioned data is also stored in so-called log files on our servers. These data will not be stored with other personal data of yours. If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you send us with your e-mail will be stored. We also have a contact form on our website which you can use to contact us. The data you enter in the input mask will be transmitted to us and stored.

In addition, we record your IP address and the time of sending. The data will only be used to answer your questions. Insofar as we do not use a third party named below to provide the contact function, the data will not be passed on to third parties.

The processing of the above personal data serves solely to process your enquiries. The processing of further personal data, which arise through the use of the contact form provided on our website, serves to prevent misuse and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of your personal data. If you have given us your consent, the legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. In addition, the legal basis for the processing of this data is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO, in particular in the event that you send us the data by e-mail. We would like to point out that in this case your request cannot be processed any further. HubSpot
Our website contains tracking technology from HubSpot Inc, 24 First St, 2nd Floor, Cambridge/MA 02141, United States (“HubSpot”). This may include cookies (see Section 4). HubSpot collects and stores usage data in pseudonymous profiles to enable interest-oriented advertising. You can deactivate the storage of data by HubSpot in cookies and the associated recording of your user behavior by deactivating cookies (see section 5).

We use HubSpot to optimize advertising and to address customers, which is in our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Only if you have given us your consent can we merge the pseudonymous data with personal data from your CRM profile in order to address you optimally and support you in an interest-oriented manner.

Google Analytics

We use “Google Analytics”, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google uses cookies, which are small text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. If anonymisation of the IP address to be transmitted by the cookie is activated on the website (“IP anonymisation”), your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. We use Google Analytics for the purpose of analysing the use of our website and continuously improving individual functions and offers as well as the user experience. Through the statistical evaluation of user behaviour, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This is also our legitimate interest in the processing of the above data by Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager allows us, as marketers, to manage website tags through an interface. The Google Tag Manager tool, which implements the tags, is a cookie-free domain and does not collect any personally identifiable information. Zapier

We use Zapier, a service of Zapier Inc., 548 Market St #62411, San Francisco, California 94104, United States, to integrate various databases and tools. Customer data can be transmitted. Zapier is certified under the U.S. EU Privacy Shield and is committed to maintaining an appropriate level of data protection. We have also entered into a contract with Zapier to process orders, including the EU standard contract clauses. Data Security
eccelerate has taken the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data you provide against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. Our employees and all persons involved in data processing are obliged to comply with data protection laws and to treat personal data confidentially. Our employees are trained accordingly. Both internal and external audits ensure compliance with all data protection relevant processes at eccelerate.

To protect the personal data of our users, we use a secure online transmission procedure, the so-called “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) transmission. You can recognize this by the fact that an “s” is appended to the address component http:// (“https://”) or a green, closed padlock symbol is displayed. By clicking on the symbol you will receive information about the SSL certificate used. The display of the symbol depends on the browser version you are using. SSL encryption guarantees the encrypted and complete transmission of your data.

 

Your Rights regarding Personal Data
Data protection law grants you a number of rights with regard to data relating to your person (so-called data subject rights). In general, these are the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, as well as the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of this data and to object to the processing.
